Description
A delicious and easy tuna pasta salad perfect for picnics or potlucks.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 large hard boiled eggs (diced)
- 10 ounces white albacore tuna fish (drained)
- 15 ounces frozen peas (defrosted)
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip if you prefer)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the macaroni noodles according to the package instructions (cook to al dente). Rinse with cold water and drain well.
- Place the noodles in a large bowl.
- Once the noodles are cooled, add in the diced hard boiled eggs, tuna, peas and mayo. Mix well.
- Store in the fridge until serving. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Optional add-ins: mustard, celery, onion, cucumber. You can add in just about anything you’d like!
Notes
- Make sure to rinse the macaroni well to prevent it from sticking together.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables.
