- 1 Ripe Banana (sliced and frozen)
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or cottage cheese)
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, add the 2 cups Almond milk, 2 cups Fresh or frozen Strawberries, 1 Ripe Banana, 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder, and 1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
