- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup strawberry ice cream
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (for layering)

- Whole Oreo cookies for garnish
- Strawberry syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Crust:
- Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- Freeze the crust for 10 minutes to set.
- Layer the Ice Cream:
- Soften the strawberry ice cream slightly.
- Spread the strawberry ice cream over the Oreo crust evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the strawberry layer.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly.
- Spread the vanilla ice cream on top of the strawberry layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos over the vanilla layer.
- Freeze until firm, about 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Decorate the Cake:
- Once the cake is firm, remove it from the pan.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle with strawberry syrup.
- Garnish with whole Oreos and fresh strawberries.
Notes
- For easier spreading, let the ice cream soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- To cleanly slice the cake, dip a knife in warm water before cutting.
- Customize the ice cream flavors as desired, or add a layer of chocolate ice cream for variety.
