Description

This creamy cilantro lime sauce is perfect for dipping, drizzling, or mixing into your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (more to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
  • ½ Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp kosher salt (more to taste)
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients including Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Give it a taste and adjust salt to taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add more honey; if it’s too thin, add a little olive oil; and if you love lime, add more.
  3. Hint: let it sit a couple of minutes to let the flavors mesh before adding more salt or lime juice.
