- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Juice of 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
- Zest of 1 lime

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Husk the corn, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
- In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in lime juice and zest until well combined.
- Place corn on a baking sheet and brush generously with lime butter mixture; sprinkle lightly with salt.
