Description
A delicious and creamy tahini yogurt sauce that can be used as a dip or dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt (more to taste)
- dash black pepper
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth, about 40-60 seconds using a spatula to push down the sides as needed.
- If it is too thick, add a Tbsp at a time of water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Notes
- This sauce can be adjusted with more lemon juice for tang or more tahini for richness.
