Description

A creamy, nutty dressing made with hemp hearts and miso, perfect for salads!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons hemp hearts (or hemp seeds)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mellow miso (or chickpea miso)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (plus more to taste)
  • 1 small clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine: Add water, hemp hearts, miso, lemon juice, and garlic to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend about 60 seconds or until completely smooth.
  3. Adjust thickness with water as needed.
  4. Season: Add more lemon, salt, and pepper to taste.

  • This dressing can also be used as a dip!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
