- 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
- 1 box (1 oz) Sugar-Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 container (8 oz) Sugar-Free Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree and sugar-free pudding mix until smooth.
- Add in the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until a smooth mixture forms.
- Spoon the fluff into individual jars or a large serving dish and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
- Serve and optionally top with whipped cream or diced pecans.
Notes
- For a decorative touch, consider adding a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice on top before serving.
