Description

Delicious and easy Pumpkin Fluff made with pumpkin puree and whipped topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 box (1 oz) Sugar-Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) Sugar-Free Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree and sugar-free pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Add in the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until a smooth mixture forms.
  4. Spoon the fluff into individual jars or a large serving dish and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
  6. Serve and optionally top with whipped cream or diced pecans.
