- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and nearly cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping the pan to deglaze.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce slightly thickens.
- Add orzo pasta to the skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8–10 minutes or until tender.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and well combined.
- Garnish with more Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- This dish can be garnished with fresh basil or parsley for extra flavor.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to achieve your desired spice level.
