  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place tater tots on a baking sheet. Bake according to package instructions until crispy and golden.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent. Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
