Description
Delicious Fried S’mores Bombs filled with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Graham Crackers
- 1 cup Chocolate Squares
- 1 cup Marshmallows
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 cups Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Begin by crushing the graham crackers in a bowl until fine. Add the chocolate squares and mini marshmallows, mixing everything until well combined.
- Spoon equal portions of the filling onto a flat surface, using about a tablespoon for each bomb. Roll each scoop into a ball shape.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until frothy. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a thick batter forms.
- In a deep frying pan, pour enough oil to cover the bottom and heat over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully dip each s’mores ball into the batter, coating it thoroughly and letting excess batter drip off.
- Gently place the coated bombs into the hot oil, frying for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once fried, remove the bombs from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve the Fried S’mores Bombs warm, optionally pairing with vanilla ice cream.
