- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown, with a toothpick inserted coming out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
