Delicious strawberry-flavored Rice Krispies treats with colorful sprinkles.

- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1 teaspoon strawberry extract
- ½ cup colorful sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add mini marshmallows, stirring until completely smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the strawberry extract and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the pan, pressing down firmly.
- If using sprinkles, add them while still warm so they adhere well.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh freeze-dried strawberries.
