A zesty and creamy dip made with fresh cranberries and jalapeños, perfect for parties or gatherings.

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and remove any bad ones. Dice jalapeños finely (wear gloves).
- In a food processor, pulse cranberries and jalapeños until finely chopped.
- In a bowl, combine the cranberry mixture with cream cheese and sour cream; mix until smooth.
- Add lime juice, sugar, and salt; stir well to combine.
- Fold in cilantro gently before covering and chilling for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers for an extra crunch.
- Adjust the jalapeño amount for desired spice level.
