Description

Deliciously cooked corn on the cob in an Instant Pot, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ears corn (husks and silk removed)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place trivet in the bottom of Instant Pot.
  2. Pour water into bottom of Instant Pot.
  3. Place 2-3 ears of corn on top of the trivet. Stack 2-3 more ears of corn on top of those, turned the opposite direction.
  4. Place the lid on the instant pot and turn the valve to “sealing”.
  5. Press the “manual” button and set timer for 2 minutes. Then walk away and let the Instant Pot do its magic!
  6. As soon as it is finished cooking, press the cancel button to turn off the heat and do a “quick release” on the pressure.
  7. Remove the lid after all the pressure has been released.
  8. Use tongs to remove hot corn from Instant Pot. Slather with butter, salt, and pepper and enjoy.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use garlic butter instead of regular butter.
  • Adjust the cooking time based on the amount of corn.
