Description

This festive holiday charcuterie board features a delightful arrangement of hummus and various ingredients to create Santa’s face. Perfect for holiday gatherings!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 container hummus of choice
  • 2 black olives
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 box crackers of choice
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 slice white cheese of choice (for beard)

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus evenly onto a large serving tray or wooden board to form Santa’s face.
  2. Place two black olives for eyes.
  3. Cut a grape tomato in half for the nose and slice another on an angle for a smile.
  4. Add slivers of white cheese for eyebrows.
  5. Arrange sliced white cheese to form Santa’s beard.
  6. Place mini mozzarella balls around the mouth to add dimension to the beard.
  7. Line mozzarella balls across the top of Santa’s head to create the base of the Santa hat.
  8. Arrange grape tomatoes above to form the red portion of the hat.
  9. Finish the hat with more mozzarella balls at the tip.
  10. Fill in the surrounding area with grapes, bell peppers, cucumbers, black olives, strawberries, and crackers.
  11. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
