Description
A delicious and easy beef and broccoli spaghetti dish!
Ingredients

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 pound spaghetti (cooked and drained)
- 10 ounces broccoli florets (frozen or fresh, steamed)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 green onions (sliced thin for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef with garlic and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, maple syrup or honey, rice vinegar and corn starch.
- After draining the pasta, add the sauce and cook, whisking occasionally until it starts to thicken.
- Add cooked pasta and ground beef, tossing to coat well. Stir in broccoli.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made with either fresh or frozen broccoli, depending on what you have available.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less maple syrup or honey.
