Description

Delicious grilled lobster tails brushed with garlic butter, perfect for a special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lobster: Use kitchen shears to cut down the top of the lobster shell lengthwise. Be careful not to cut the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season the Lobster: Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  4. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the Lobster: Place the lobster tails shell side down on the grill. Grill for about 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste occasionally with more garlic butter.
  6. Serve: Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a grill, you can broil the lobster tails in the oven.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika to the garlic butter sauce.
  • Be sure not to overcook the lobster to keep it tender and juicy.
