- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rub to coat evenly.
- Grill the Chicken:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest.
- Make the Creamy Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, thyme, and oregano. Stir well.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Combine and Serve:
- Slice the grilled chicken breasts and arrange them on a plate.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
- If you prefer a spicier flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- To ensure even cooking of the chicken, pound the breasts to an even thickness before grilling.
- The sauce can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
