Description

Refreshing fruit ice pops made with your choice of fresh or frozen fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen thawed fruit (pick one or a combo: watermelon, strawberries, mango, pineapple, or kiwi)
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice (or full-fat coconut milk, solids only, or plain whole-milk yogurt)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender. Blend until very smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  2. Pour into ice pop sleeves or popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve cold.
  5. (To make without a blender, add ingredients to a wide bowl and mash coarsely with a potato masher.)
