A deliciously sweet cotton candy fudge perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 22 oz white chocolate chips (2 11-oz bags)
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp cotton candy flavoring, divided
- 1/2–3/4 tsp pink gel food coloring
- 1/2–3/4 tsp purple gel food coloring
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter for 6–7 minutes, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls.
- To the first bowl, add 1 tsp of cotton candy flavoring and pink gel food coloring. Stir until fully combined.
- To the second bowl, add the remaining 1 tsp cotton candy flavoring and purple gel food coloring. Stir until fully combined.
- Drop large spoonfuls of each colored mixture alternately into the prepared pan.
- Use a butter knife or small spatula to gently swirl the colors together to create a marbled effect.
- Place another piece of parchment paper on top and press gently to smooth the surface. Do not remove it until the fudge is set.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or let set at room temperature for 4 hours.
- Remove fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.

- This fudge is best stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
- For best flavor, use high-quality white chocolate chips.
