Description
This Dorito Chicken Casserole is a quick and easy dish made with shredded chicken, creamy soup, and topped with crunchy Doritos.

- 2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos (plus extra for topping)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or baked)
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced jalapeños, hot sauce for extra spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread a layer of crushed Doritos on the bottom of the dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Rotel, black beans, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Layer the chicken mixture evenly over the crushed Doritos in the dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
- Add more crushed Doritos over the cheese as the top layer (reserve this step for the last 10 minutes of baking if you want them extra crunchy).
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, let sit for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add more Doritos on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Feel free to add your favorite spices or ingredients to customize the dish.
