- 3 ounces non-alcoholic Irish cream
- 3 ounces vanilla extract
- 2 ounces half & half or whole milk
- 2 ounces almond syrup
- White icing (for rimming the glasses)
- Christmas Jimmies sprinkles
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Shape dough using a cookie cutter or shot glass, place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
- Fill cooled cookie shots with the creamy filling and decorate with icing and sprinkles.
