Ingredients

  • 3 ounces non-alcoholic Irish cream
  • 3 ounces vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces half & half or whole milk
  • 2 ounces almond syrup
  • White icing (for rimming the glasses)
  • Christmas Jimmies sprinkles
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Shape dough using a cookie cutter or shot glass, place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
  7. Fill cooled cookie shots with the creamy filling and decorate with icing and sprinkles.
