- Coat the cheese round in panko bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat for all cheese slices.
- Heat the Oil:
- In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the Cheese:
- Carefully place the coated cheese rounds into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 1-2 minutes each side.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve:
- Arrange the fried cheese rounds on a serving plate.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
