  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing spinach)
  • Optional: herbs (such as parsley or dill) for additional flavor

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and milk until smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
