- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Dough: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add to the flour mixture with melted butter and egg. Mix until combined. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl, covered, for about 1 hour or until doubled.
- Make the Cinnamon Filling: Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Cinnamon Roll Layer: Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly and roll it up tightly. Slice the roll into even pieces. Arrange half of them over the crust in the pan.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating until combined. Pour over the cinnamon roll layer in the pan.
- Add Toppings: Top the cheesecake layer with remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve: Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.

- Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling.
- If the edges brown too quickly during baking, cover with foil.
- Chill thoroughly to set properly before slicing.
