This Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Delight combines two beloved desserts into one decadent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Dough: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add to the flour mixture with melted butter and egg. Mix until combined. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl, covered, for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  2. Make the Cinnamon Filling: Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Cheesecake Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Cinnamon Roll Layer: Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly and roll it up tightly. Slice the roll into even pieces. Arrange half of them over the crust in the pan.
  5. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating until combined. Pour over the cinnamon roll layer in the pan.
  6. Add Toppings: Top the cheesecake layer with remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
  7. Bake: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Serve: Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
