- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Crackers or tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, green onions, and cilantro until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a ring or wreath. Use a small bowl in the center to form the hole. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and place on a serving plate. Decorate with red bell pepper, jalapeño, parsley, rosemary, and cherry tomatoes to resemble a holiday wreath.
- Serve with crackers or tortilla chips around the wreath.
