Description

This Cream Cheese Wreath is a festive and delicious appetizer perfect for any holiday gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 68 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Crackers or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, green onions, and cilantro until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a ring or wreath. Use a small bowl in the center to form the hole. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and place on a serving plate. Decorate with red bell pepper, jalapeño, parsley, rosemary, and cherry tomatoes to resemble a holiday wreath.
  4. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips around the wreath.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding more spices to the cheese mixture.
  • Make sure to chill the wreath for the full hour to ensure it holds its shape.
