- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Start by patting the chicken thighs dry using paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and sear for about 5-7 minutes until the skin becomes golden and crispy.
- Flip the thighs over, drizzle with lemon juice, and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Roast for another 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and top with freshly chopped herbs before serving.
- Pair it with a side of roasted vegetables or a salad.
